Brand strategy, portfolio strategy and product concept aimed at positioning My Drap as a market leader and inspirational brand for the hotel and retail channels. My Drap is a unique and innovative brand that designs and manufactures 100% washable, cotton and linen placemats and napkins – pre-cut and on perforated rolls. To reposition My Drap, we did an internal and external analysis, redefined the brand values and communication style, categorised and organised the product portfolio based around target audiences, created new products, and developed a new creative concept: the detail that makes the difference.
