LEDS C4 and Grok communication materials for Light + Building 2018

We’ve travelled to Frankfurt this week to attend the leading Lighting and Building Technology Fair, Light + Building 2018, along with our client LEDS C4.

During this six-day event, the company was present with two business booths in which they showcased their new lighting solutions from both LEDS C4 and Grok. They also officially launched their new brand identity and slogan “Light for all”. To support this presentation, we designed a communication strategy introducing a series of corporate and sales applications.

Designing communication materials for the trade fair

For this event –one of the most important in the sector– we developed several communication materials. For LEDS C4, we designed a pictorial advert and banners as well as a corporate brochure in which we applied the new corporate brand communication and narrative

In order to materialise and reflect the dimension of the company, we created texts containing information of interest, such as the number of countries in which the company is present, the number of professionals hired by the company or its yearly turnover.

A light-weight catalogue in A5 format carefully designed, down to the last detail

We created the advertising campaign and new product brochure for Grok –a high-end brand for design partners and architects– published as a taster for the upcoming general brochure.

We took great care of the slightest details, in the phase of art direction and also carrying out the design and layout, to the final touches.

The catalogue is a handy, easy-to-carry A-5 format. The final result is an attractive, fine quality piece thanks to its stylish art direction and superb photography. It reflects the quality of the lighting solutions and the high standard of their designers. Besides the product brochure as an important communication element, we also created the graphical advert.

As already anticipated in the beginning of this post, Light + Building 2018 was the framework chosen by the company to present the new corporate identity, the image of which we worked on along with their team. The brand image reflects the repositioning of the firm and thoroughly follows the brand strategy and the genuine corporate values of LEDS C4.

The change is summed up and manifests itself with the company’s new tagline “Light for all”, a slogan that defines their essence, their reality and their vision for the future.
