Sisón Pujol elected ADG-FAD’s new president
Our founder and CEO, Sisón Pujol, has recently been elected and named to act as the new president of the Art Directors and Graphic Designers Association for the period of 2021-2022. She will be taking over from Daniel Ayuso after five years at the head of the association. Esther Agustench, NOMON’s Creative Director, also joins the Board as Vice-President.
On December 16, during the extraordinary general assembly of the entity, the partners –design and visual communication professionals from all over the country– agreed to renew both the Presidency and the Board of Directors.
With over 30 years of professional experience, Sisón Pujol came forward with a project for the ADG-FAD that revolves around design as an engine of transformation towards a more socially minded and sustainable society.
The new Board of Directors has been made up of a team of professionals with diverse profiles, as well as designers, to make it as transversal and effective as possible. Its goal will be to actively work towards the incorporation of design management into companies’ and institution’s transformation strategies to ensure a functioning sustainability model.
Sisón Pujol noted her intention to furthermore continue the work of the outgoing Board, putting special emphasis both on growth and the achievement of the well-deserved recognition of the ADG Laus Awards –the flagship of ADG-FAD– in the history of Spain’s graphic design.
The new Board of Directors is made up of the following members:
President: Sisón Pujol
Vice-Presidents: Esther Agustench and Roser Tiana
Treasurer: Calamanda Riera
Vocals: Laura Armet, André Moreira, Gema Navarro, David Ortega, Esteban Redolfi, Wences Sanz and Núria Vila.
