Amplifying the image of AFS at international events through effective communication

 

This year, we were awarded the public tender issued by ICEX to conceptualize and design the visual identity of Audiovisual from Spain, including its various sub-brands. The purpose of this project is to globally promote their annual events and activities that serve as benchmarks in the industry.

We are particularly thrilled to collaborate with them once again, having previously developed the corporate branding and communication strategies for these brands from 2009 to 2013. Now, we are ready to embark on this new phase together.

 

The winning proposal revolves around a universally recognized action in the audiovisual industry: “pressing PLAY.” This concept serves as the cornerstone of our design, capturing the essence of the industry’s dynamic and vibrant nature.

Process

Elevating the image of AFS and its sub-brands with impactful visuals and a universal concept

 

Based on the concept of “pressing PLAY,” we have associated each of the AFS sub-brands with a characteristic action from their respective disciplines. This approach creates a strong and immediate visual impact that resonates with the collective imagination of the audiovisual industry.

D-PAD -> Games from Spain

The aesthetic resources and design elements we have developed are versatile and adaptable, effectively representing both the AFS brand and its sub-brands. They serve as a unifying force for the entire industry.

Furthermore, our visual proposal seamlessly integrates across various formats, be it physical or digital, while maintaining a harmonious relationship with the corporate identities of Audiovisual and ICEX. This is achieved through the thoughtful use of a colour palette that embodies the essence of the country.

 

To present detailed information about activities, companies, features, or other data in different communication materials, we have drawn inspiration from the classic credits sequences found in many audiovisual productions. This composition style provides a familiar and engaging format for conveying information in an effective manner.
