Challenge

We capture the company’s philosophy in the editorial design of their latest catalogue

We have worked on concept building, art direction and design of the catalogues for the new Delta collection for our client Aridi, a leading company in furniture design since 1979.

The concept of this new collection stems from the company’s own philosophy: adapting office furniture to the work tasks and the employees, regardless of where they may be, and not the other way around.

Process

We structure the communication of Delta around its concepts of adaptability and organization, essential in flexible workspaces

Designed by industrial designer Gabriel Teixidó, Delta is a collection of functional and versatile office furniture that solves the specific needs of flexible workspaces. This collection also provides a series of accessories to keep working spots tidy and organised.

Following the same concept, we have structured the art direction and design in two product catalogues. One complete general catalogue showing the details and technical features of the collection, and a second more casual publication, in which we showcased Delta’s lifestyle statement.

In order to define and develop the art direction, first of all we thought out and conceptualised each of the possible venues in which we would locate the collection pieces: we researched offices, co-working spaces, management offices, meeting rooms and home spaces.

Once all the environments were duly defined, we developed all the arrangements of Delta under the same concept to showcase the possibilities of the series, both in compositions and finishes.

Result

An editorial design that reflects the adaptability of this Aridi furniture collection

The project’s final result successfully shows how Delta adapts and creates comfortable, functional and elegant spaces in all types of environments, both in contract spaces and at home.
