We remain a B Corp. We continue designing change
Three years ago, we first obtained B Corp certification. Since then, at NOMON DESIGN we have demonstrated that our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility is firm. Today, we confirm it once again: we have successfully renewed our B Corp certification.
This recognition does not simply validate what we do. It reaffirms who we are and how we work: a responsible branding, graphic design and packaging agency.
A recertification that strengthens our purpose
In 2023, we first achieved B Corp certification. Since then, the social, economic and environmental context has evolved. Yet one thing has remained unchanged: our determination to improve every day.
This recertification confirms that journey. Once again, the rigorous process assesses comprehensively how we impact our team, clients, suppliers and environment — and, above all, how we do so in alignment with our values.
The result reflects the work carried out over these years. Not only have we renewed the certification, but we have also improved our score, demonstrating progress in our practices and decisions. A tangible indicator that the choices we have made generate positive impact.
This progress allows us to look back with perspective and reaffirm something essential: every step counts when the goal is to become a better branding agency.
What does it mean to become B Corp again?
Every three years, B Corp companies must demonstrate that they maintain — or exceed — their positive impact standards. Being B Corp is not a static achievement; it is a living commitment.
The certification was created with a clear purpose: to promote a more responsible, inclusive and sustainable business model. One in which social, environmental and ethical impact carries the same weight as financial results. One in which companies commit to real, measurable standards in the way they operate.
The recertification process evaluates five key areas of business activity: governance, team, community, environment, and relationships with clients and suppliers. It does so through the B Impact Assessment, a tool that requires data, evidence and continuous improvement.
This process involves:

Recertification is not a destination. It marks the beginning of a new stage with higher standards and expectations. At NOMON DESIGN, we design with responsibility
Since our beginnings 20 years ago, we have supported companies — mainly SMEs from diverse sectors and sizes — in creating brands that are more human, honest and relevant. And we do so by placing people at the centre.
